When
choosing an offer, consider all of the terms, not just the price.
Terms such as length of escrow, contingencies, costs a buyer may
be asking for, and how strong their financing is. Financing is a
major concern because, even if they give you full price with the
terms you want, it means nothing if they can't finance
the home. We as Realtors, will help you assess every offer and
we'll help you determine which one is the better offer.
