a open house it is a good idea for you not to be there. One reason
is so that any potential buyers who come in the open house may
feel free to browse through the house with out feeling like
they're imposing. It also gives your agent a chance to qualify the
buyers to see if they are even capable of purchasing the property.
The fact is the longer a potential buyer stays in the house, the
better chance that they will buy it.
